The store manager already had a chip on her shoulder from her previous ASM. Things started great till she went in vacation. Once she came back her attitude towards me changed. She blamed her back issues on her being snappy. She would be fine with me till other employees showed up then she would snap me. The 3 counter guys could sit in her office with her all day bsing and joke. I tried to confront her bout my concerns and she blew me off saying that's not it at all. She let my subordinates yell at me, argue with me, and disrespect. She did nothing to correct this.
