The first President of NCSC was Ed McConnell. It is a non-profit organization headquartered in Williamsburg, Virginia, the United States. The other two offices are located in Denver and Arlington. The current President is Mary Campbell McQueens. Warren E. Burger is the key person to NCSC. NCSC is a global leader and a consulting firm.
