What does a National Recruiter do?

As national recruiters, we perform talent sourcing and hiring activities for our organization at a national level. Collaborating with department managers, we identify hiring needs. We use various sources, such as social media platforms and employee referrals, to attract and retain appropriate candidates. In addition, we are responsible for implementing the overall recruiting strategy, as well as for conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods, and for filtering candidates for open positions.

Core tasks:

  • executing recruiting strategy at national level
  • screening candidates resumes and job applications
  • providing analytical recruitment reports to other interested parties
  • preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate platforms
