National Collegiate Athletic Association ((NCAA) is an organization committed to the well-being of student-athletes in the nation. The association consists of 3 divisions which were adopted by the NCAA membership. The association was formed in 1910 about 110 years ago, serving the United States and Canada with its headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. The NCAA is presently a conglomerate of 1,268 schools, offered with numerous sporting events which includes Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Water polo. Close to half a million college athletes make up about 19,886 teams that contribute 57,661 participants to compete each year in the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s 909 championships. This association is a membership-led organization where 500 team members work at the NCAA corporate office and enjoy various benefits of being an associate which includes health, wellness, and financial support and an exclusive 401(K) benefits plan to secure their associates after retirement.
