About Negotiator

What does a Negotiator do?

We, negotiators, work closely with upper management in the making of procedures that lead to eliminating non-value-added activities. As negotiators, we carefully negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts and update documentation and information in the database. We help clients in gaining monetary benefits by assessing their monetary condition and drafting and designing monetary plans and strategies. Some of us continuously monitor changes in customers’ life circumstances and financial status. Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions is also our duty.

Core tasks:

  • marketing services via meeting different prospects at community functions and requesting referrals from existing customers
  • assessing the monetary situation of customers by collecting relevant information regarding investments, asset allocation, and savings
  • getting clients’ commitment via determining proposed monetary options and plans
