About Network Field Engineer

What does a Network Field Engineer do?

As Network Field Engineers, we have the responsibility to install, provide support, perform integration to all desktop based as well as server related technology. Also, we have to ensure that we coordinate with customers and perform troubleshoot so that we can run everything smoothly to keep a good relationship with the vendors and networking system. If the network system requires, we have to perform installation, repair and upgrade network technical and onsite support.

Core tasks:

  • managing and launching tools and software and promoting framework
  • providing backup to NOC if there is any disaster that can damage all network system
  • providing technical backup and support to protect ventilator
  • installing, performing integration and planning for the network overall growth
