Aveshka is supporting cyber resliency operations at NSWC Crane.
Responsibilities Provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff
Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operations business lines
Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
Advises on selection of technological direction with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Network or Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent
Required Experience: Demonstrated experience working closely with engineers on innovative research projects
Required Clearance: Current TS/SCI
One or more of the following: IAT2 or higher: CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+; SSCP; CASP; CISAIAM2/3 Certifications desirable: CAP; CASP; CISM; CISSP; GSLC
Demonstrated experience working closely with engineers on innovative research projects
Experience conducting vulnerability scans
Experience reviewing infrastructure device (e.g. router, switch) configuration files and review of firewall rules to identify areas of risk
Expertise with the latest cyber exploitation tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Performing network, operating system, and application enumeration and vulnerability scans
Experience assessing the scope and impact of security incidents
Experience performing incident response (IR) readiness assessments, performing or supporting IR functions, conducting IR tabletop or simulated exercises
Experience conducting IR tabletop or simulated exercises
Experience in DoD environments
