What does a New Home Sales Consultant do?

As New Home Sales Consultants, we meet with clients to assess their overall creditworthiness by analyzing their expenses, cash-flow, and asset/liability ratio in accordance with the business standards and protocols. We consult with clients to determine whether they want to purchase and investment real estate to educate them on the latest market trends, and how much they can realistically expect from that investment in the long term. We also assist clients in making sound property-purchasing decisions based on their current and current financial situation to avoid potential loan defaults.
