New Leaders is a non-profit organization that is located in the US and its major purpose is to recruit and train school leaders who will focus on improving education results for poor and minority students. It also ensures that they promote system-level policies and practices in other to provide support to its leaders. It has its headquarters located in New York, United States and was founded in the year 2000. They also offer certain employment benefit that includes medical plans, free vision coverage, low-cost dental care, 401K savings, and personal growth. Some other benefits include 1 holiday and a week-long winter break, to 20 vacation days and summer Fridays.
