New York Edge is a nonprofit association and probably the biggest supplier of afterschool programs that are school-based, in New York City & the metropolitan district. Among only a handful of K-12 projects in New York City, they serve over 25,000 students & their families in more than 130 sites. These schools are commonly in underserved neighborhoods with families who earn below the poverty line. Excellent afterschool programs are supported by law authorization associations since they are powerful in lessening brutality, robbery, defacement, group movement, and other young adult violations. New York Edge seeks passionate individuals who are willing to transform the lives of kids of New York. It's more like community service, rather than a job. They offer an excellent working environment coupled with rewarding and supportive career growth opportunities for the willing persons.
