Love that corporate office in New York. Very helpful when needed. Great products that sell themselves B2B! The brand is 92% of the appointment/contract. And the Bethesda,Maryland location is convenient.

Pros and Cons
Gives training that most companies don't.
Could use more "lone wolfs".

New York Life Insurance was a wonderful place to work. Their training is excellent to prepare you to work with the private sector with life, health, and annuities. Again their training is outstanding! The drawback was being a captive agent, which limits your growth possibilities.

Pros and Cons
Well organized company to work with and learn from.
Being a captive agent.
