NexRep

I have worked for many campaigns at NexRep. The option to make my own schedule was very appealing to me.

I really enjoyed speaking with clients and assisting them to set up virtual (telehealth) appointments.

I joined the NexRep Marketplace platform because my previous work-from-home position had suddenly ended. I was hesitant at first, because I had to pay for a background check, and I was worried that what I was doing was a scam. It wasn't. It was a true work-from-home contractor marketplace, where we could work as much as we wanted. In 2020, when the Pandemic was at its peak, while other companies were closing their doors and sending people home, jobless or on furlow, NexRep was hiring. I was able to get my foot in the door as a certification specialist. That is where I found my niche and the only job I ever loved. This is a review of Nexrep, but it's also my story. I love NexRep, and even though they had to let me go, I would go back in a heartbeat, if I just got the chance. They are friendly, professional, family-oriented, and 100% supportive of their contractors and employees alike. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I love the freedom and flexibility of making my own schedule! I also love the support NexRep provides for each campaign.

I worked for NexRep for 2 and half years on 3 different projects always had good QA scores and never a coaching session on my last project I questioned the way my supervisor was doing things and she pulled my contract for no reason because she did not get along with me due to me asking questions while I was there when i went to my second project I had to take a demotion in pay

I started with Roxy's for my campaign w NexRep. Due to covid the campaign ended w one day ledt of training. I accecpted an offer to work w Pricine campaign. I enjoyed my trainer and the aide that helped during my training session. I enjoyed being able to set my own schedule and take ti.e off when needed. Although, if you are not in production you dont get paid. That was a con for me along w the rude customers . This was during covid and w Priceline the constant beat down or being cursed out by customers started to wear me down. The team leaders were trying to help lift spirits but it was really getting out of hand. I eventually obtain a better job and gave my notice to NexRep
