I loved working at nhs and made lifelong friends
The pay was not a livable wage and because it was a non profit it was hard to get a raise but the employer did try to make up for the low pay and helped with benifits
Pros and Cons
All employees were treated w kindness and empathy
Work was steady and every department was super helpful
