About Night Auditor

What does a Night Auditor do?

As Night Auditors, we work in a hotel to deal with people as our job. We assist guests with their overnight needs and administer and balance accounts from the day period. We check-in visitors arriving nightly, manage guest requests, and finally, take reservations. As Night Auditors, we also settle all accounts, process bills, and make paychecks. We work In coordination with the front desk and clerks department and collaborate reports with the managers.

Core tasks:

  • welcome visitors upon arrival, check them in, and assist them by providing the information they need
  • processing bills, post checks to salespersons, and allocate employee checks
  • answering to the complaints, demands, and emergencies of the guests
  • reconcile all records in an efficient manner
  • verifying that all EOD activities have been done by other units in the hotel
