What does a NOC Engineer do?

As NOC Engineers, we are skilled at the management and monitoring of the organization's network from any centralized spot. Ensuring the organizations seamless work environment, we need to observe the IT environment so that the uptime and connectivity of the network system is up to the mark. We are also expert in resolving any issues of networks, servers. To do so, we have to continuously troubleshoot and monitor the network system. We are at the top of supporting network administration and management, routing and switching with Linux.

Core tasks:

  • monitoring multiple networks and telecommunication systems
  • troubleshooting and resolving the uptime for all IT system of the organization
  • diagnosing any network and security related issues like errors, malware and fixing them
  • managing system back-ups and configuring hardware including firewalls and routers
