If there is any issue in networking system, we need to repair and replace routers, switches so that everything goes smoothly. We have to configure new servers and run tests before implementing when it requires. Also, we are responsible to upgrade hardware and software to run the network system without any interruption. There may be disruption due to power outage or failures. Maintaining field technician schedules and assisting technicians over phone calls are also the responsibilities of a NOC Technician.
