Noodles & Company Company Reviews and Ratings
Broomfield, CO - June 3, 2024
Corporate for this company runs on small teams, manager level and up, so there are no entry level positions and no room for career growth.
Pros and Cons
Unlimited flexible time off, 50% off gift cards, hybrid/wfh, holidays off.
No career growth.

Honestly it was the worst company I have ever worked for. They lie and do what they want and do not follow laws. Half the people in corporate should be terminated due to the labor laws they consistently break. If you need to go on leave for medical or FMLA they will fire you before you have a chance to do so. I regret not suing the company and wished I had known more information at the time on what steps to take. Avoid this company as much as you can both with work and their food. If you seen how they food was handled you wouldn’t eat their either.
Pros and Cons
There isn’t any
Unlimited vacation only for those they like.

I spent almost 9 years with this company, and all I learned was that corporate is clueless, and everyone is replaceable. They literally give 0 f**** about their employees. There’s no work life balance, the pay isn’t competitive, and they constantly lie about raises and promotions. Seriously, not worth the depression this job will put you into.
Pros and Cons
Lol, what pros?
Literally everything. Run.

I still work here, i do enjoy it but the oay isn’t great. I feel as though not only I but many of the employees there get underpaid and not even by management’s choice I believe. I do not know exactly on how the pay is deduced but i think because we get tio share that gives the higher ups a chance to oay us less by the hour and still make “living” wage, which spoilers just because im Living paycheck-to paycheck just to get by does not mean thats a Living wage.
Pros and Cons
Free meal for every shift one works, people are easy to get along with and managers show efforts
Pay isn’t the best, even with tip share and the decent hours i get i live on the verge ofbeing broke
