If I could give a zero I would. The upper management of this company is super unethical. Through my experience they discriminate against their employees. If you identify as disabled do your research, they will not provide you accomidations. I was told "they only provide them at hire" and "they don't understand what is ment by things change". It is my opinnion, based off their behavior, that they only provide them at hire to weed through people in order to not have to provide accomidations. Do your research (ada and this company (formerly northeast behavior associates); two cases in two years.
The company promises a lot, to get your hired, then pulls it from underneath you only to gaslight and stonewall you. Based off my meetings with the CEO he has no issue treating you like you below him. Do not try to talk to HR about it, they forward your complaints to the person you complained about. Again, please do your research before considering this company.

This company is all about $ and how many cars & houses the owner can purchase. The good employees they get always leave because they are not valued. Upper management talks down to employees. Worked here 2 years. It was good at the start but, keeps getting worse.

Support was lacking supervisors don't care about staff all about the productivity safety was a concern
