The company has a few gems of managers who truly care about their employees, but that will not extend beyond that tier of management. You will not get rich working here, but the benefits are ok for what you pay. If you want to work in the insurance industry in some capacity, get a job here that you can use to pad your resume to get a real job which will appreciate you and what you are capable of doing.

Great vision, standard PTO and sick time, nice paternity policy.
Most of the leadership have tenure but no leadership experience. Subpar pay.

I started when it was Dell Services and transitioned when it become NTT Data, alot of people were let go and my position was eliminated. We worked off our butts for this company, it was really unfortunate.

The position Senior Customer Service Representative does not work within the NTT Data environment. You work indirectly for the City of Chicago Department of Finance and receive NO raises because the project can't afford it. NTT has great benefits at a price, but after they are deducted from your paycheck, you no longer earn $30,000/year. You realistically earn about$20,000/year after all dedections are made.

I worked as a contractor with NTT Data almost 3 years and the Manager & Team Lead were always looking after your best interest. Just be up front with them and they have your back. Great company to work for. I wish they had work where I moved to but I still check on their site
