Nurse Manager

Working as Nurse Managers, we manage the delivery of ambulatory patient care. We oversee clinical staff and administrative support staff. We facilitate the flow of patient care activities. We assist in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery. We serve as a role model for professional nursing practice. We assist with the administration and management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources. We are responsible for the management and coordination of operational activities. We promote patients' health by developing day-to-day management of the patient care area. We collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs.
