We record and update patient's medical histories. We also ensure the confidentiality of records. Working as Nurse Practitioner Hospitalists, we are responsible for documenting all medical evaluations and treatment outcomes. We make referrals to coordinate patient's care. Finally, we also educate patients and their families about preventive measures and treatment plans.
