About Nurse Recruiter

What does a Nurse Recruiter do?

As Nurse Recruiters, we are responsible for sourcing and screening qualified applicants for positions requiring registered nurse licensure. Our duties also include developing methodologies, performing background checks, advertising jobs for nursing roles, participating in job fairs, and also interviewing candidates and referring them to the appropriate clinical services. Moreover, we constantly stay informed about new technologies and learning environments in the nursing field, in order to properly evaluate resumes and potential training opportunities for new employees.

  • advertising nursing job postings on multiple recruiting sources
  • interviewing potential candidates prior to human resource contact
  • evaluating resumes based on prior work history and industry proficiencies
