In the role of Nursing Care Partner, we are responsible for providing specific care to the patients based on their medical orders and directions of the registered nurses. We complete the medical needs of patients. We maintain a safe and clean working environment around the patient. Functioning as Nursing Care Partners, we prepare documents by collecting important data and the care that is provided to the patients of the hospital. We also make sure that the privacy of patience is being respected during all the interactions.
