About Nursing Home Administrator

What does a Nursing Home Administrator do?

We, as Nursing Home Administrators, are responsible for the overall management of the facility. We track and support all operational, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services. We ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident care. We ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation. We prepare an annual budget for the facility. We also monitor the monthly performance of the facility. We make sure the facility is safe, clean, comfortable. We complete the required forms and documents under company policy.

Core tasks:

  • ensure all required records are maintained and submitted
  • direct the day-to-day functions of the facility
  • manage all aspects of federal and state government survey processes
  • responsible for the grievance process from patients, residents, employees
  • ensure Regulatory and Policy Compliance
  • function as a primary officer for the facility
  • responsible for the profitable and efficient operation of the facility
  • oversee and manage all business-related activity and supporting strategies
