I was railroaded from my job. Untruths were made by the Program Director and possibly the government. One untruth was poor job performance from six months prior for which no one (site lead, task lead or Program Director) ever told me about. In fact, I had received an acceptable performance review at the same six month timeframe. The Aviation Group does not care about its employees. Do not work here!

I have been with Odyssey for two years and they are the greatest company ever. They support your needs. Pay is amazing (6 figures). Culture is great. They send random gift cards and it just makes you feel appreciated.

This company lacked professionalism and ran on a platform of favoritism and bullying. The “HR” department was a circus. The executive management fought amongst themselves and it trickled down through the departments. The division and favoritism created animosity and difficulties when attempting to complete projects requiring input from other departments.
