About Office Administrator

What does an Office Administrator do?

As Office Administrators, we see to it that there is a proper and normal flow of in-office procedures, and we provide assistance to the office directors by carrying out basic and common office duties. We set up meetings by scheduling a reasonable meeting time, booking rooms, and planning refreshments. We also assist in planning and setting up events. We are involved in the maintenance of the stock list, and we order office supplies as required. As Office Administrators, we communicate with the necessary and relevant traveling agencies to give out travel itineraries for business directors and employee events. We also attend workshops and conferences.

Core tasks:

  • drafting, formatting, and printing of relevant documents
  • management of the reception area
  • handling of expenses and billing cycles
  • we answer and sort mails
