As Office Assistants, we are responsible for answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff. We schedule meetings and prepare documents for meetings and trips. Providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operations of the office is one of our main responsibilities. We exhibit polite and professional communication via phone or email and complete operational requirements by assigning administrative projects. Working as Office Assistants, we handle organizational and clerical support tasks and manage filing systems of the office. We respond to customer queries and provide relevant information. We also update paperwork and maintain and organize documents.
