What does an Office Manager do?

As Office Managers, we supervise and coordinate all the administrative tasks of an organization. We carry out the responsibilities of administrative assistance. We are in charge of analyzing administrative operations and strategies, as well as the supervision of the performance of employees to bring up suggestions about new work methods and systems. We train, guide, supervise, and sanction staff members to ensure the office's daily operations are running smoothly. As Office Managers, we take care of all complaints and claims, we make our investigations, and we find a possible solution.

Core tasks:

  • working together with other departments to ensure the correct handling of all operations
  • managing receipts and invoices
  • delivering receipts and invoices to the Accounting department as at when due
  • preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
  • monitoring employee's performance
