About Office Technician

What does an Office Technician do?

As Office Technicians, we are responsible for performing general administrative tasks, such as installation, maintenance, and repairs of office equipment. We perform maintenance and service activation and deactivation of office equipment. Identifying and troubleshooting equipment problems and maintaining documentation for all processes is one of our daily responsibilities. We ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Working as Office Technicians, we remove unused or non-functional equipment and assemble equipment frames and cable racks. We open and close cable holes with necessary and adhere to standard wiring color codes and strips. We also ensure timely installation of office equipment.

  • develop relationships with clients and workers
  • perform inspection and maintenance activities
  • ensure compliance with company’s policies
