First job out of grad school. I worked under a CEO who revamped HQ as his “giving back” prior to retirement. We had all this things as a result - mentoring, development, employee recognition, etc. his work made HQ and the company a better place. (Sam Duncan s asks Carter Knox). Amazing experience.

First off there cheap .they got rid of full timers because they didn`t want to offer benefits . there are no paid holidays .There another company that is on the verge of closing there stores. There another company that has a lot of steps you need to go through for a sale that aren`t needed .They also change payroll system and screwed people out of what they were suppose to be paid. upper corp decided not to pay people correctly .there CEO. at the time I was there cost them millions .Again I WOULDN`T WASTE YOUR TIME

Pros and Cons
They actually cared about making sure there people got home in nasty weather.
Low money ,no real benefits, No paid holidays.

Forklift operator for the warehouse. Not much to say about the experience. It was very boring, co-workers were very quiet. Seems like everyone was there just for a paycheck. Glad that it was over as soon as possible.
