OGE Energy

I try to be positive about places I have worked. I held off on saying anything until now. OGE Energy Corp is for the good ole boys and those who are ok with never advancing unless they all die. It is hard to get on in the I.T. department as it is there. Once you do, you are introduced to a broken team who will tell you about poor management, incomplete training and it taking forever to get a permanent position. Yes that is right, everyone is a contractor. It can take more than 2 years to get in. If you ever do. Nothing improves and nobody helps each other at all. If they do it is a fight to get to that point. Management treats you like garbage and the first sign they can find something to let you go on they will.
