If you love racism and favoritism then this is your place. If you brown nose, they’ll love you. If you are a hard worker and stay to yourself, you’ll be labeled not a team player. One day your boss is your friend, the next they won’t acknowledge your presence. Positions for advancement are offered upon which boss like who at that time. Nothing is secret. Managers tell everyone’s business!

Pros and Cons
Going home
Pay, treatment, managers, lack of HR
