Was hired as a stock assistant/CSR for a seasonal position. So in the morning, the team of just three or four people have to unpack lots of boxes with different types of clothes from a huge truck. It's intensely fast-paced. In addition to quickly unpacking the boxes, you're expected to pretty much just look around and figure out where everything goes. All well and good for the pro's already there, but for a new recruit, It's hard to find where every bit of clothing goes. They really get on your case for not being fast enough. It was something like 10–15 boxes of product to unpack, load onto carts, and restock on shelves. And they sometimes change the displays around, so the product sometimes isn't even in the same place three days in a row. There was also an issue with how many people they hired. So myself and about 10 others were out of jobs early because they over hired by at least 10 people. How the heck do you over hire that much?

I began working for the company shortly after graduating from college. The orientation and onboarding process was intimate and fairly simple and I was able to begin working soon after. The location I worked at was a flagship store and i worked the closing shift. Most of my responsibilities included fold clothing and maintaining sales floor organization as well as completing transactions with customers. There were always opportunities to pick up more shifts and the staff was great.
Pros and Cons
achievement recognition with great incentives, employee discounts, growth opportunities

I worked there after the lockdown finally ended. Unfortunately I had to work there during the mask mandate which made it tougher to get along. I would have preferred more shifts than I got but because they had so many employees I didn’t work there as much as I thought I would have.

I started as a sales associate and through dedication and hard work I worked my way up to a managers position within 5-6 months. There were fun competitions and pot lucks for holidays and employees birthdays. The training was thorough and simple to understand. Working there they will help pay for school and accommodate your school schedule. at Old Navy especially in the Dells you definitely have a chance for growth within the company.

Great company to work for. Experience can change depending on your location. Great job for those without and have the ability to work any and all hours. I was in a store with mandatory overtime and it was hard with young kids at home. But I loved merchandising and learned a lot working there.

I've been working part-time with Old Navy for 5 months I got laid off due to the pandemic they shut down for a while. But during those few months working there, it was a good slow to fast pace, helping out customers making sure they are well treated and helped out and inform them of any upcoming sales. The employees are very nice and helpful, I did early morning shifts, opening the store and placing the items on the shelves, and dressing mannequins. The manager was cool, nice, and helpful, dress the way you like but they do have some small restrictions
Pros and Cons
401K, flexible hours, cool staff, 50% off for employees
