I only worked for Olympic for 14 months, but it was a fun company with a great culture. There is a lot of opportunity for growth with multiple products to sell to a diverse customer base. My experience came to an end when the market turned south, and my territory would not support a fulltime employee.

Organizational structure is a little dysfunctional but works. Sales strategy is the same
