About On Site Services Specialist

What does an On Site Services Specialist do?

As On-Site Services Specialists, we are responsible for managing to ship and receiving packages using FedEx service. We close out a monthly summary of arrival systems and increase productivity by engaging in email communication with management. We notify severe issues to management and resolve them. Preparing program materials, creating presentations, and assisting with organizing conferences are part of our daily responsibilities. We generate reports for digital printing and ship and receive products and supplies. We operate high-volume mail management systems and provide copier maintenance of customer site equipment. Working as On-Site Services Specialists, we ensure convenience copiers are working properly. We also maintain records for management reports.
