What does an Online Marketing Consultant do?

In the position of Online Marketing Consultants, we are responsible for the management of the company’s online presence. We ensure that the company’s products are well portrayed and accessible digitally. Some of us are responsible for the management of platforms where the company publishes digital content. We are also responsible for the formulation of the company’s marketing budgets. Some of us also act as the customer direct help, to assist them with the company’s products.

Core tasks:

  • managing one-on-one engagements with customers through mediums such as emails, social media, and much more
