We analyze data from focus groups, past customers' behavior, leads conversion, and referrals to adapt the marketing camping and the product to the market's needs. We also coordinate with the Management, Marketing, and Customer Support Department to uncover any fundamental flaw in how its customers view the business. We work with the Accounting, Sales, Marketing Departments to determine appropriate methods, software, equations to analyze relevant information and data while training new employees to do the same.
