About Operations Associate

What does an Operations Associate do?

Being Operations Associates, we perform administrative duties including answering phones and scheduling appointments. We assist human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules. We support the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards. We assist with accounting and payroll as needed. Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders are also our responsibility. We track daily operations. We report and resolve issues. We also maintain company databases. We assist the Operations Manager in completing clerical and administrative tasks. We oversee the functionality of the organization. We focus on the financial, stock, and human resource aspects of a business.

Core tasks:

  • negotiate contract agreements at an operational service level
  • ensure fulfillment of business needs
  • interact with clients on a regular basis
  • collaborate in event and program management
  • help Operations Manager
  • implement Company Standards of Procedure
  • assist in creating Employee Schedules
