Job Description

Responsibilities

BKD, LLP has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator within its BKD Technologies practice. BKD Technologies is a value-added reseller of software products and a provider of implementation and support services. In this role you will collaborate with clients, technology consultants, senior management, partners, and the managing partner for Performance Advisory Services to ensure effective management of client projects.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Function as a liaison between consultants, clients, and vendors for software orders and third-party consulting services
  • Develop expertise in the use of software subscription ordering and payment processing portal
  • Provide training to clients on operations and ordering instructions for the client software portal
  • Respond to client calls/emails regarding software orders and payments on account
  • Maintain software renewal records and coordinate with the technical project manager to communicate upcoming deadlines to clients and consultants
  • Perform reconciliations of data between the client software portal and the STAR practice data management system
  • Provide monthly software sales and margin reports to management
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field
  • 1–3 years of operations support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
