As operations coordinators, we are there to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operational activities of a company. You can find us in a wide variety of companies and industries, from production to transport. Our day-to-day duties vary according to the size of the company and the nature of the business it is in. In the most generic sense we orchestrate the activities of different departments that are involved in the company’s operations. We provide them with guidance in order to meet company goals and business expectations. This key business role requires a global understanding of the operations processes of a company. It may involve people management/supervisory duties as well.
