Job Description

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:

  • WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

  • Coordinate internal resources, third party relationships and vendors for the successful execution of loss runs and policy issuance.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships and communication with carriers necessary to effectively negotiate and influence positive claim outcomes on behalf of clients.
  • Develops and maintains positive, productive relationships with leadership, peers, co-workers, teammates, and employees.
  • Direct management and partnering responsibility for a team of Policy issuance and Loss Runs.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment for positive outcomes and performance.
  • Ensure resource availability and quality within third party vendor operations and own team of associates.
  • Monitor performance which includes the use of verification techniques, communication mechanisms and tracking techniques to manage changes, identify issues and reduce costs; report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with vendors and all internal stakeholder to include feedback, transparency and communication.
  • Gather and analyze data with assistance and act as content expert for requirements gathering response teams.
  • THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: project management, analyst, business analysis, or insurance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills providing clear guidelines for team members.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
  • Multi – Line Licensed Insurance Adjuster (preferred).

    TASKS

    • Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
    • Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
    • Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production problems.
    • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
