I don’t think a 21 to 30 yr old is what we call a Ops Manager. I work at a company now that calls Supervisors, Ops managers. I believe that Ops Managers have Supervisors reporting to them, not associates. I believe the data is read incorrectly. In HPE, every Ops Managers in production were over 45+ yrs. Old.

Communication, employee retention and delivering a culture the (skilled) employees want to return to. Daily Meetings with the build team on the pressure the company is under to meet deadlines. Communication is key. Better than just applying pressure which eventually turns into a toxic work place.
