What does an Operations Support do?

As Operations Supports, we combine aspects of administrative assistants, customer services assistants, and operations research analysts to perform their duties. We ensure that procedures are in place at the business. We review the process in place and assess to determine ways to enhance. We also resolve operational issues with the defined schedules and service level agreements.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing root causes of operational malfunctions and providing laws
  • handling escalated issues and follow-up on exceptional issues promptly
  • developing defensive measures and document issue resolution procedures
  • managing job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion
  • recommending process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
