About Operations Support Specialist

What does an Operations Support Specialist do?

As Operations Support Specialists, we are tasked with managing and supervising the company’s day-to-day operations in order to optimize the overall operational process to improve its efficiency while maintaining the established quality standards. We also assist the company in their upgrade efforts by implementing new procedures and process while ensuring that each employee understands and follow them at all times. We schedule training sessions with exterior coaches to ensure that employees are up-to-date with the latest development in the field.
