I worked at Option Care, the one located in the Corona, CA for about two months and let me tell you this is definitely not a place want to work. For one, the pay isn’t good but most importantly the other employees were VERY clique-ish. Which is such a bizarre thing to witness amongst grown, so called “professional” people. Their also very gossipy. The BIGGEST thing though is that show favoritism, pick on you for the type clothes you wear and let some employees get away with certain things while others got “corrected ”. They also promoted unqualified employees for higher paid positions while dismissing qualified, hard working employees for the sack of favoritism. Which means there are no opportunities to grow within the company if you’re not “part of the clique”. I know it sound harsh but I’d be embarrassed to represent this company. Thank goodness I no longer work there.

Pros and Cons
The break room was nice.

Pay was good, but benefits were not. Management, at the Revenue Cycle Management Center was absolutely terrible! They lacked professionalism, the director and a manager are extremely rude to employees, in front of other employees, there was a lot of favoritism. The only decent manager was laid off. It seems like things went downhill after the merger and the organization became a publicly traded company.

Pros and Cons
Free coffee, hot chocolate, and apple cider.
Leadership is in dire need of leadership development!
