Orangetheory Fitness is a boutique fitness studio franchise which was founded in 2010 by David Long,Jerome Kern and Ellen Latham with its headquarters based in Boca Raton,Florida,United States. The chain includes over 1,200 studios spread over 50 US states and over 23 countries as of December 2019. It has grown rapidly since its founding and surpassed $ 1 billion in systemwide sales in 2018.The workouts of Orangetheory are a type of high intensity interval training which alternates between short periods of intense exercise and long recovery periods.Recently the company has done partnership with InBody to give opportunity to the members to see their body composition with the help of the InBoy Test.It was ranked # 415 as the “Fastest-Growing Private Companies” list in Inc. Magazine,along with that it was ranked # 255 in the “ Franchise 500” list of top franchises in the world according to the Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2016.It is a total- body group workout that merges science,coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out.
