About Order Analyst

What does an Order Analyst do?

As Order Analysts, we analyze incoming orders and forward them to the warehouses and storing departments to ensure that the goods are available while monitoring the stock levels and place orders to replenish them in order to avoid potential shortages. We also ensure that each order is safely delivered to the customer and analyze the delivery duration and state of goods after arrival to determine and identify better routes. We contact customers after each delivery and perform regular follow-ups to document and gather their feedback on the product and forward it to the management.

  • determine new improvement opportunities
  • document and store each order as required
