i have been an employee for outback steakhouse for over a year now and i have found it to be the best job i have ever worked. since the moment i started, coworkers have always been very supportive and kind to me. i appreciate their support and comfort. the job has a good pace too and can be simple to navigate through crowded shifts with coworkers.

My coworkers weren't very friendly in the months that I worked there. Most of them were just rude didn't say hi or wouldn't talk to you at all. Half of them are in recovery which I suppose doesn't help any. The managers have their favorites they get the best sections and you get stuck with all two tops and they get all the large parties.

This company doesn’t care for the workers sadly. The manager favor people who don’t do their jobs properly. My coworkers didn’t like people very much. They would talk smack about everyone who would come in. I love customer service and they would always send me to the back to roll silverware. I actually got fired from standing up to the manager for the girls billing me there. I told them about how the girls would gang up on me and they didn’t care. And the owner of the restaurant fired me over that.

Probably because they had people come back pretty often, but if it’s the same store proprietor manager, I would just explain the situation again and make sure it doesnt happen at least for a while.

It was short and sweet. The manager made me feel very comfortable. I was offered the job on the spot. I was able to get an interview through my sister who already worked there.

Sat down and answered basic questions about experience, availability, and how you would handle interactions with customers. No trick questions. Only one interview and received call back within the next couple days😌

Not true. Our location is not open for 12 hours and anyone who came in at open would be cut before anyone else.

Yeah, sometimes if you worked a double they wouldn’t let you take a break so you might work from open to close without food
