Not the same place as when the original owners were running the place, also they are not a fan of managers moving to corporate level. They'll try to hind you from the corporate office people if they want you to move into the corporate level position.

Pros and Cons
what you make of it, their open for lunch now so working only dinner isn't avalible
no growth in the area

Your coworkers are not very friendly to you. Management is even worse. They yell at you.

My coworkers weren't very friendly in the months that I worked there. Most of them were just rude didn't say hi or wouldn't talk to you at all. Half of them are in recovery which I suppose doesn't help any. The managers have their favorites they get the best sections and you get stuck with all two tops and they get all the large parties.

Pros and Cons
Free donuts, free lunch sometimes, 50% off employee meals
The customers are an older clientele, low tips, lots of side work

I’ve been her for quite some time. I enjoy being a manager but I’ll most likely say if you have a child or children don’t sing up for a manager

Pros and Cons
The food is amazing
No time for your family

The company was awesome. The proprietor and location was new. My experience wasn’t great. Perhaps they both needed time to grow.

Pros and Cons
Freedom to grow within the company. The ability to really be good to your guests.
The location was young the operating systems weren’t good yet.

OSI Corp. Was a great company. When Darden/Coca-Cola took over early 2000's it quickly went down hill.

Pros and Cons
Working with different personalities/characters made it fun.
Insufficient tools to do proper job. Mgment withholdings of tools to enhance their personal bonuses

This company doesn’t care for the workers sadly. The manager favor people who don’t do their jobs properly. My coworkers didn’t like people very much. They would talk smack about everyone who would come in. I love customer service and they would always send me to the back to roll silverware. I actually got fired from standing up to the manager for the girls billing me there. I told them about how the girls would gang up on me and they didn’t care. And the owner of the restaurant fired me over that.

Pros and Cons
Discount on food
Bad management
