Was let go along with 10 or so others after a lifetime of dedication we served. Was replaced with engineers and halfwhits that was trained by all of us that kept the doors open throughout the years.
Pros and Cons
None other than benefits.
No life and no retirement after 27 years of commitment they just throw us all away.

Wow, that's tough to hear after so many years – do you think anything could change in their management approach to value experienced employees more?

There were four people in that department, and three of us found other jobs because they no longer needed us.

I work for Packing corporation of America for over 23 years and I must say it's a job I'm not going to say anything negative The only thing I can say is it's good pay but move on because you will not have a life. If you want to be home with your family that's pretty much gone if you want to make a lot of money okay you will be worked like a dog and the harder you work the less you're worth
Pros and Cons
Pay that's it
A good place to work that's a joke

I worked at PCA technical centre. My primary job was to test materials and packages.
Job role was boring and had no growth in future. People don’t stick in the job and keep changing
Pros and Cons
Friendly office
Boring job role
